Starting Lent so major cut backs on the sugar -- will use moderation though as I don't want this to throw me into a sugar-craving maddening binge state!0 -
I just found this group. I think this is a really cool challenge.

I am very proud - today I resisted a huge desire to binge (was surrounded by all sorts of trigger foods at a school function) AND I ate a normal portion of a trigger food without any desire to binge!0 -

What can I say... food is a huge comfort when I'm sick... and I couldn't resist.0 -

This morning I woke up too early. I have homework to do, testing before my spring break starts next week... I feel stressed, I feel tired, I feel like I don't have a lot of time.
I ate a bit here and there since I've been awake at 4AM. (I did NOT eat it all within the course of 10-20 mins)
It's now 6AM, and I'm at 1,800 calories. Thats all I need in one day, based on my age - body weight - activity. Now, if I'm more active today, I'll burn more... but still, how did I get so high up? Why? I don't even know if it's a binge or not. I don't feel sick, but I ate more than my body needed at that time - and some of it was comfort food. I don't know whether to classify this as a slip up, a normal thing humans do... a part of "normal eating" or if I should call it a binge.0 -
