Fun fact: Today (the 19th), my husband and I celebrate "fight day". It is the four year anniversary of our huge fight the night before our wedding. Because we are super weird, we celebrate it by mock fighting the day before our anniversary. It is super fun and our friends (who obviously are as cracked as we are) give us suggestions of things to fight about. :laugh:

Today I did entirely too much sitting. I am finally getting some grading in after weeks of not being able to concentrate with all that has been going on. I'm not sure I made much of a dent.
In happier news, my dad had (hopefully) his final surgery for awhile. They put in a permanent dialysis port and now they are talking about discharging him as soon as tomorrow. We have a nice acute care place lined up that we think he will really like. It is closer to where we live so it should make seeing him easier.0 -

I have been able to create a pretty good deficit off my maintenance calories the past couple days due to some good exercise sessions. Now it's time to work some hours and that is when I struggle.

Swam laps for appx 35 minutes. 24 of them, so a little over half a mile. I would have liked to have stayed and done a mile but I got there late and lap swim is only from 9:00-9:45pm. That is my next little goal... one mile doing all freestyle.0 -
