    I seem to be knocking the miles out - Since I've revised my fitbit total to 15k - I cycle when I think I won't hit my target!!! It's the only way to restore the projected 'burn'!!

    I have been diligently doing soleus stretches twice daily - and I'm moving to a place where some days there seems to be little difference in how the two calves feel. I think this means it's working and I may be able to risk running soon. That feels like I'm tempting fate!!

    @Chevy + @dcmat - hope the injuries are improving. Hey Chevy - are the early starts still working - you rocked it last time.

    A SUNNY day in west Michigan, 59 degrees at 3 pm. Oh, boy, the last piles of parking lot snow are melting away!

    Regular exercise day at the athletic club, which included 5.32 miles on the recumbent bike.
    April total to date = 26.52.
