My apologies for not updating sooner, but was really busy at work today and then did an hour spinning class after work followed by the 45 minute strength circuit training class. I ate a quick dinner and am now ready to go *straight* to bed. :blushing:
My workouts yesterday and today:

4/14 - 1.6 lunch walk, 14.7 spinning, MTD 102.8
