Rain rain go away, don't come again until next Winter :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad: . Stuck in the gym again. The stationary bikes are harder on my arthritis then my MTB. Oh well....hope springs eternal :happy: :happy: :happy:

The cops were at the school kicking the kids off the playground. Said it was private property...hhmmm...it's on my property tax bill...hmmmm...it's a public school...hhmmm. Anyway...we didn't walk there but we got in a nice walk with Bean this evening.

The cops were at the school kicking the kids off the playground. Said it was private property...hhmmm...it's on my property tax bill...hmmmm...it's a public school...hhmmm. Anyway...we didn't walk there but we got in a nice walk with Bean this evening.

Wow Chris! Really? Private Property? Since when is a public school private property? Do kids have to get permission to go there or if they show up unannounced do they get ticketed for trespassing? If you kid doesn't go to school can you avoid the fine by telling them the officer told you it was private property and your kid doesn't have written consent of the owner? That's the stupidest thing I've heard tonight. :noway: :noway:0 -

cpanus, So I guess you are cool with your property tax dollars being spent to settle the lawsuit that occurs when one of those kids falls off the swingset while playing on school property unsupervised, hurts himself and mommy and daddy file suit? This is about liability and reducing the exposure to major litigation.0 -
