    I had a really good day today, in spite of the weather. A treadmill-based C52K kicked my behind today but helped push me over 4 miles for my daily total.

    I ran 3, walked 2 later in the afternoon and went to yoga, which was nice since I hadn't been in forever.

    Nothing to add today...it was a forced rest day...work got in the way and so far i haven't figured out a way to stay home and have them send me a check. I guess I will have to get back at it tomorrow. On the plus side I should be getting my elliptical tomorrow, so I'm well stocked with the stationary bike, treadmill, and new elliptical for on the days mother nature won't let me walk or run.

    Could winter finally be done in NH ??? --- I'm hoping the warmer weather is here to stay --- Goal for April: 100 miles :-)

    Thanks everybody! The MS 150 was an incredible experience. Over 13,000 riders supported by I don't know how many volunteers!

    I've inspired a co-worker to ride, so we went out yesterday for our first ride together. She made it 7 miles (the farthest she has ridden as an adult!) Then I went for another 7 ish. Even I am impressed with how quickly I recovered from the 150!

    Adding on another 5 miles. It's a rest week building to an FTP test on Saturday so I'm falling WAY behind on my challenge miles. Add another 5 for 189 out of 400 for the month.

    WANDERAN - Congrats on the Elliptical! It sounds like you are pretty well set for cardio! :happy: Do you have a set of weights/handweights/dumbbells too?
