4 mile walk. I scared a buzzard by the edge of the lake, then he proceeded to circle over my head for the next half mile or so. Helped me walk faster

Really tough week. The husband of one of my close friends passed away very unexpectedly this week. Obviously exercise has not been a priority.

Strength and Stretch class today, so no real mileage there. But I did walk in the meadow and labyrinth again, so I can add .76 miles. A little walking improvement each day.
May total so far = 58.75.

20.9 miles on the bike added tonight.

Convinced my husband to join me for spin tonight - he'd never done it before. He said he enjoyed it. I'm hoping that maybe he'll want to keep doing it. It would be a fun thing to do together, and they offer childcare at the gym so there's really no reason not to!
