    Still resting an aching hip from the perils of my fat bouncing up and down while attempting what other people call running. Will probably try it tomorrow so I can limp around and whine all night at work.

    When we went out to dinner tonight, because of road construction we had to walk,walk, walk from our parking place to the restaurant. Not a lot for the rest of you, but for ME. . .I added 0.35 mile to my total from earlier today.

    Current May total = 65.76.

    Beautiful day for a ride. The sun was shining, the temperature was warm starting at 49 degrees and warming to 56 degrees. The breezes were light. The legs were feeling good. Added another 50 miles for 364 out of 400. I didn't even burn until later when I was playing with the kids on the trampoline. Beautiful day!

    Chris, if it gets too hot down there you can always come up here. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

    After a couple of months which proved challenging to her, I am happy to announce this next person that has risen up this month and made GOAL.....TAXMOM9093!!!! :drinker::drinker::drinker: Congrats on sticking with it.

    KAR328 - Totally been there ... and pretty much still am. :blushing: ... but definitely proud of you for sticking with it! That will happen less end less the longer you keep at it.

    LOVEMYALEX - I apologize that haven't said anything in a while, but I want you to know I am still amazed and proud of you for all the biking you do every day too. :flowerforyou:


    Of course that goes for many of you as well. Even though I don't always comment on everybody's all the time, there simply aren't enough hours in the day for me to do so, but I notice the effort each of you makes and it fills me with pride for you and makes me smile. Keep up the fabulous work!!! :drinker::drinker:


    I got a 1.7 mile lunch walk in today. Thought I might get a bike ride in tonight, but I'm going to try to hit the hay early and get up in the morning and go for a run before work for a change. The run will be the easy part. What I need from all of you is to wish me luck on waking up in time and getting my lazy bum outta bed. :laugh::bigsmile:
