I am genuinely surprised to have lost anything at all this week, I have been struggling really bad with water retention this week to the extent that I ended up drinking almost 7 litres of water infused with slices of lemon on Friday night to flush my system and found myself 5lbs heavier on Saturday morning than I was on Friday. I'm getting so close to my goal now though that I would happily take 1lb loss every week.0 -

Curious, are you logging your food daily? I think this is essential and time well spent! Look the entries over and you'll see where the problems are... I know you're strong enough to make this challenge happen! Lean on your friends whenever needed too!

I log my food everyday, even when I eat poorly. One of the problems seems to be that even when I've 'overindulged' it still tells me that 'in 5 weeks there'll be a loss', however, more times than not there is a gain. I'm either under valuing the calories in the food I'm eating or overvaluing my exercise or both. I thought I'd fixed it by only putting my workouts in as 30-40 minutes (depending upon intensity) even though they are an hour long but apparently not.0
