    Yea - I made it through last night! Tonight feels easier, so hopefully a trend is starting. The longer I go, the more accountability I feel - to the group and myself. The wagon is beginning to feel good. This group is the second best thing that happened in my weight loss goal - just after finding MFP.

    It's a new day where I am, made it through last night with no snacks. Although dinner ran a little late. Still good! That makes 4 consecutive nights I have made it, and that's because of your help. Thank you!

    Day 4 done!!! Last night wasn't to hard I was crazy busy finishing up so projects. Nervous about the weekend... Heading to the lake and I have a vender/ craft show all day Saturday. But I'm incouraged with a couple lbs lost this week!!!

    Check in night 4. Treat night tonight Chinese meal with the family but only had a small portion. Still within calorie for the day though yay. No cheating now as I am full and know it. Hope everyone else is doing ok?

    I made it through last night and am doing OK tonight. I had the munchies, so I fixed a 100 calorie bag of popcorn. No more munchies!

    Day 5 - check!!! Hardest night yet!!! Went to the lake and everyone snacking. Food everywhere!!! Luckily we ate supper late and then when I was about to snack on something my hubby reminded me that I was doing this challenge. I kept on telling myself do you really want to start all over. I made it. But I foresee every night at the lake to be hard.

    Made it through last night (6-20-14) to put my total at 6 nights!!!! One more night and I'll have a whole week under my belt. Gotta say when I start to think about getting a snack, I immediately turn my thoughts to this group. So much motivation!!!! Thanks everyone!

    @jafray: love the support from your hubby. That is a tough situation...I guess It's good to remind yourself that you're not depriving yourself of anything, just not eating when you're not hungry...you're almost a week down!

    Slightly off track today - not feeling great. Came under calories if you include exercise which I don't want to do. Try harder tomorrow.
