    This is going to be close. Haven't missed my goal since I started the group in November, but back problems have slowed me down this month. Still have a few days though so hopefully I'll get a good ride in this afternoon and a long run in tomorrow.

    Did some cycling and spinning this weekend after being MIA with a friend being in hospital and finally passing away. Sad time, but I'm on the mend and getting back to routine, which always seems to help.

    I got the job as a spin instructor!!! HOOORAY!! I'm pretty stoked that I"ll be earning some extra $ doing something I would be doing anyway - pretty cool!!

    Congrats! I tried a spin class once, a few years ago, on the advice of my trainer. I threatened his life the next time I saw him :angry:

    After working the weekend and doing a "Princess shift" (4 hours) during the day time yesterday I finally got out and did a 4.3 mile run/walk. Usually run a mile, went for 1.25 this time and prayed for a quick death during those last three minutes or so. No luck. :ohwell: Did some intervals the rest of the way and ran a little over two miles.

    I am starting out the last calendar short week on a roll. But now I have to ride early because of the heat. And to many stop lights. But it was great today. Bonus Miles, Yea!
