I got the job as a spin instructor!!! HOOORAY!! I'm pretty stoked that I"ll be earning some extra $ doing something I would be doing anyway - pretty cool!!

After working the weekend and doing a "Princess shift" (4 hours) during the day time yesterday I finally got out and did a 4.3 mile run/walk. Usually run a mile, went for 1.25 this time and prayed for a quick death during those last three minutes or so. No luck. :ohwell: Did some intervals the rest of the way and ran a little over two miles.
