So I'm going to start doing intervals again and less steady-state cardio. I'm going to log a little less accurately or not at all sense it's been stressing me. Focusing completely on fitness and mile goals this coming month. See how that goes. Worst case senario (in my eyes) is that I will still be stuck in the 180's by December. Were I wanted to be near the 160's by then.

How's everyone else doing? I feel like the group has seriously dwindled. Are people still following, but not posting?
Ugh. I've been frustrated, but you probably meant the other posters(?). It really has! Everyone dropped out or stopped posting around August, I think. Maybe they are too busy to post or have stopped trying to lose weight. Even the group creator isn't on. I think it might just be you and me. Good luck! Seems you have been doing well so far!

I'm trying to get back into the swing of things with my exercise, having slacked off a bit over the past three weeks due to some muscle strain/pain in my calf that I was trying not to overwork. Why is it so hard to get motivated after a rest period?

I have broken through the week. I've been aggravated by the fact that I lose more weight not exercising than when I do. That CANNOT be healthy! I'm going to start exercising again even if it means weight gain (as it always does). 35 lbs to lose! Then I'm at 50 lbs!

Yikes! That hurts to see! Exercise plus lots of food for Thanksgiving would equal this though. With exercise and still dieting I jumped to 185 so this makes sense. I still choose exercise over weight loss.

I was out of town over the Thanksgiving weekend, so I gave myself that week off for weighing in.
Overall, I feel like my progress really slowed down for a few weeks, and I've been having some joint pain issues that kind of put a damper on my workouts, which consist of hiking in a nearby park -- with a little jogging thrown in if I feel up to it. I'm getting back into my hikes a bit more now, but still a bit hesitant to resume jogging. I don't want to make things worse.
