Yeah! Awesome work Trudy!!! :drinker: Great job on gaining second place. Also, great job Ilove2dance and coming up to second for our team. :flowerforyou: It dropped me to third, but that's ok. It just means I need to get my butt in gear.
Gained a little this weekend because I was indulgent. :smokin: It happens. Would have gone running this morning but it was thundering up a storm outside. The extra hour of sleep was worth it though. :blushing:

Sorry ladies. It might be a gain for me this week. Absolutely no self control. In the interim I'll drink lots of water today and try to go running tomorrow morning. We'll see if that helps.0

That's ok, me too. I've been drinking so much water, I think my body is holding onto it. Also been eating a lot of chocolate - oooops. Need to get back on cutting out the crap... But chocolate is soooooo goooooood :sad:0

Happy weigh in day all! Just remember, every time you make a choice that is consistent with your goals, you are making progress. Every time you make a choice that is not consistent with your goals, make sure it's worth it! And if it is, then don't regret it! If it's not... learn from it and move on.

Hi Everyone!!! I'm not 100% sure how I feel about a maintain, but I'll take anything over a gain!!! I feel like I've been working more, but maybe with the start of some strength training....fat to muscle?? UGH....I just want a LOSS darnit!!! :sad:
Not letting this discourage me....just going to STEP IT UP MORE!!!! :bigsmile:

Secondly - Kviens - keep at it! I monitor my weight daily, and it does all sorts of strange things - so don't let the scales get you down - they will catch up with your hard work!

I noticed that currently we are the only team who doesn't have someone who is now heavier than the start weight, which is holding us in good stead. This means maintaining weeks still help as it protects our fab losses to date!
I'm going away and may not be able to take scales with me, so my weight today is:158.4 (which is a 1lb loss Yey!!! :drinker: ) Trudy, if I haven't submitted by Your Friday morning, would you mind submitting for me in case I have awful web access! I don't want to be out of the challenge with only 2 weeks to go!!0 -

Maintaining is ok, sometimes I stay the same for two weeks and then the scale starts to move again. You are doing great.0 -
