    Hit the gym this morning w/my daughter. Walked for an hour w/my husband and grandpuppy, shopped for four hours w/my daughter!!! A great Saturday!

    6.70 miles today.

    Well.the Mt Rainier Foothills Trail ride went fantastic. I am taking my version of a rest day, 2 mile walk as my legs are fairly tight today. My son enjoyed the trip as well, a birthday ride. Drove 350 miles round trip.

    08/15 - 5.0 miles biking
    08/16 - 2.0 miles walking
    08/16 - 30.0 miles biking Valley to Mt Rainier Foothills, elevation gain 930 feet
    08/17 - 2.0 miles walking

    Total: 134.5 miles
