ANGELMO8 – Oh dear!! I hope you feel better soon, and trust me, if you’re not physically up for the trail run, better to forego it than hurt yourself worse. I know from personal experience. Pushing myself through an injury ended up keeping me out of running for about a year, so listen to your body!0 -

Managed to add 4.5 miles yesterday plus a lot of stairs. :yawn: My daughter goes back to college Friday :noway: so we are getting all of her things together and ready to load up the van tomorrow night. I hope to talk her into a bike ride today before it gets too hot and steamy out there to move.

@Dave I'm glad you were able to get some good time in with your sons. This having adult (or in her case adult with training wheels) children is an adjustment to say the least. I'm glad I took the time when they were younger to build those memories (and hopefully teach them a few things, like how to make do when things don't go as planned :laugh: )0 -

Got another 3.5 mile long Lunch Walk in today! Holy Carp was it ever miserably hot!! Maybe not California or Arizona-Hot....but this poor NORTH midwestern boy can't handle much heat. If it starts getting much over 80F with high humidity and the August sun beating down, it always feels like I could spontaneously combust at any second!! :laugh::bigsmile:
