I know I'm behind but with travel this week, it's been a royal pain - I have my miles written and will log them tomorrow when I can get to it - I'm currently at 30,000 ft somewhere likely over Kansas. Sorry :ohwell:0

I went spinning again after work yesterday

Tomorrow will be a difficult day, emotionally. I am spreading my friend's ashes in the ocean on my paddleboard. I think I will get less than two miles out there, but I will try to hit the gym in the morning before then. Nothing better than exercise to lift your spirits!0 -
