Anaconda469 – Yikes about your fracture! I can’t believe you’ve kept riding so much despite the fracture. Take it easy, as others have said, as another fall could really set you back. This is the exact reason I have refused to sign up for any races – if I get injured, I don’t want to feel like I’m going to push myself through the injury to get the race done – a mistake I have made in the past. (Someday, I might have to get over that fear and sign up for another race, but I’m not ready for that yet).

More work, less moving yesterday. Still walked 3.5 miles, so not too bad at all. :happy:
August total 127.75 miles :laugh: I really thought for awhile that I over reached this month. Glad I was able to kick it up this last week and a half. :bigsmile: Gonna bask in the Bonus miles while I can. :laugh:
Really short work day today, so I'm heading over to a local nature center for a hike. I think I'm in good enough shape now to handle the hills and steps and all. I guess I'll find out anyway. :laugh:0 -
This challenge really helps! This week I got up at 5:50, 5:32, 5:44, 5:48, 5:45 to workout.

Chevy, I go back and forth myself between "exercise" miles and fitbit miles. Usually I go with (fewer) exercise miles, but sometimes life doesn't make counting those very rewarding - like when I was moving house and I was very, very active but not "exercising" so I went with (more) fitbit miles. I go with whatever leaves me feeling more motivated. To each his own!0 -

Labor Day weekend traffic.....ugh! Did not ride my bike today, too many nuts out on the roads. Maybe tomorrow. With my hip still messed up some, not sure what kind of goal I am going to set for next month.
