CONGRATS to WANDERAN for making GOAL already!!! :drinker::drinker:
Glad to see all the activity while I was kinda out of the loop for the last week or so!!! I didn't get a whole lot of deliberate, measurable exercise in during my time away so I have a little bit of a hole to dig myself out of, but I had such a great time and it was so worth it to spend that individual quality time with each of my sons. Priceless. They're growing so fast and the one I went on the motorcycle trip with will be a senior in high school this year and opportunities to get away with him will be more and more rare soon enough.
I did get a good 10.0 mile ride in on the stationary bike this evening to kick things off again.
