2ESSIE - Great plan except I need to focus more on running than biking next month so my goal is going to have to go down a little....Is anyone up for adding 10% more to whatever they did in August. That way we keep moving forward. It would put me at 165 miles for September to walk which is 15 miles more than August. It is only 0.5 miles per day more so doable. If you don't want to add 10% choose your own percentage but keep going forward.
Anyone joining me?

I'm up for it. My goal for September will be 220 miles! I started out with a goal of 60 miles in December 2013 and have gradually increased over time- what a difference a few months and some major motivation make!Is anyone up for adding 10% more to whatever they did in August. That way we keep moving forward. It would put me at 165 miles for September to walk which is 15 miles more than August. It is only 0.5 miles per day more so doable. If you don't want to add 10% choose your own percentage but keep going forward.

Did a lovely Brick (bike-run) with my daughter-in-law today and added some miles. Great ride right up til she got a flat on a crummy road, but got out my spare tube and tools and changed it for her!! We got back on the road and finished up. Unfortunately, this is the 6th flat I've either had myself or helped someone change while on a ride since May

And another important milestone has snuck up and is now upon us!! As a group and since the inception of this challenge we have now passed *400,000* miles!!! 400,150 to be exact!! AMAZING!! If I'm not mistaken, we just passed 300K around New Years's last December. Way to go, everyone!!
