    I got 5+ miles done this morning w/my husband and my grandpup then I went off on my own for 4+ miles...We talked about walking some more when it cooled off but our mojo cooled off too!!

    Getting off to a great start this month! I'm happy to see all the people that have been away for however long that have decided to come back and play with us! :smile:

    And I know I said I was going to do more running this month, but I still ended up kicking the month off with a 3.5 mile walk. Hey, at least it wasn't my bike. lol :bigsmile:

    Took a good walk on labor day
    Trying to do something different for September. Make sure that every weekday (except labor day). Get "out the door" working out before 6:00 AM.
    Today - Yes short walk at 5:53 AM
    Total 4.6 - Goal 100

    Did 4 miles today, ran 3.1 of them in 37:08, about 40 secs faster than the last one. No wonder I was hoping for a lightning bolt to strike me. Too bad there wasn't a cloud in the sky.

    Taking a TRX class in an hour and a half - then I'm on the couch till dinner.
