    Plan to focus more on running, swimming and strength training this fall so I've lowered my goal to 100 miles.

    Took a good walk on labor day
    Trying to do something different for September. Make sure that every weekday (except labor day). Get "out the door" working out before 6:00 AM.
    Today - Yes short walk at 5:53 AM
    Total 4.6 - Goal 100

    Did 4 miles today, ran 3.1 of them in 37:08, about 40 secs faster than the last one. No wonder I was hoping for a lightning bolt to strike me. Too bad there wasn't a cloud in the sky.

    Taking a TRX class in an hour and a half - then I'm on the couch till dinner.

    I'm in again!! I just updated my August miles, so I will not put my ticker here yet. I will challenge myself to hit 275 this month. Even though I'm upping my running, I will try to keep up my cycling to meet this new goal :)
