    9/8 - 432 calories simulated hike incline treadmill + 312 calories brisk walk = 744 calories

    I Agree w/ Kim 69194 : I Can feel the burn already, Gotta pysch myself up for this one. Gonna try Tomorrow, and Have exercise class on Sat. Not as many exercises, but it's good (full body)workout.
