    mon-9-8 --- rest day. took antihistamine last night >>groggy all day.

    tues-9-9 --burned 544 calories-walked 3.0mph with dog, 40 mins., zumba fitness class 30 mins, strength training@gym 30 mins., carhicks challenge x1
    really liked the fitness blender routine. next time will do earlier in the day. I made myself do it at 11:00 pm! well worth it
    wed-9-10 -596 calories burned-walked 3.0 with dog, 40 mins., eliptical 30 mins., staionary bike light effort, warm up, 10 mins. +carhicks challenge x1

    Week 2 - 4200 Calories + death by butt challenge x 2

    Forgot to log yesterday...so adding to today's

    9/8 - 744 calories - simulated hike incline treadmill/walk
    9/9 - 335 calories - walking
    9/10 - late day at work so only time for Carhicks' butt challenge - 2hrs later my right cheek is still in spasms...lol. :laugh: :sad: It's killer but I like it. Definitely will become staple exercise as booty and thighs are big problem areas.

    I'm going to have go on hiatus for about 2 months. I tore my MCL at hockey last night, so burning this many calories has now become impossible, since I'm on crutches for the next 4-6 weeks.

    I do plan on rejoining this once I'm healthy, but only then.

    Week 2 Goal: 4200 + Extra workout : 1/2 - i ate a whole can of maple baked beans last night....omg...felt like i was in college again....and yes, i ate them straight from the can......HAHAHA!!!:laugh:
