    DAVE - I totally hear you with that feeling that you have to do so much to make goal. I fought with my gym to keep a spin class on Friday (they were going to cancel due to halloween) because I need the miles... when my work is having a potluck that day, that I'm going to have to miss to go to the spin class. I wouldn't have fought so hard to keep the class if I was in bonus miles at this point. :\

    I'm running a 5K on Saturday so I'm done for the month. Didn't hit my goal but did okay.

    10/2 - 1.5 mile run
    10/5 - 2.5 mile run
    10/8 - 3 mile walk
    10/13 - 2 mile run
    10/17 - .75 mile walk
    10/18 - 3 mile run
    10/21 - 2 mile run
    10/27 - 2.4 mile run
    10/29 - 2.1 mile run

    October total - 19.25 miles

    I'm trying to eek out these last miles. Ran .5 on track before a TRX class, skipped yoga at lunch and walked a mile today. Almost there :p

    It wasn't pretty, but there you have it. I'm sitting at 56.16 Miles at this very moment MTD. Includes forgetting my Fitbit on the charger for a day and a half. OOPS! doh.gif

    Tomorrow's bonus miles will rock, literally. We are going to a Halloween costume concert at the Hard Rock.

    So close, yet so far away. Thanks to suffering a sprained ankle last night, it looks like I won't be meeting my goal this month. :(

    That's good they listened to you!! Miles aside, I personally would be glad to have the class to keep me away from all the food at the potluck!! :mrgreen: I have so little control at those things!

    Well I got another 2.4 miles in running on the treadmill tonight! Leaving myself to HAVE to do 2.5 tomorrow at some point. I could hop on my stationary bike at home and do it right now, but I think I'm just going to keep myself in suspense to see if I make it tomorrow. :laugh:
