    I'm Helen from NY by West Point. I keep reading about people running marathons and I'm trying to picture myself doing that. I have a few lbs to lose before my first attempt. But, more and more it sound like something very intriguing! Good luck to all you runners!

    Did my first 5K in September up in Blue Bell. I hope to do another 5K in the next few months. Probably early on in the spring.
