    I use a cup of Plain Kefir (rather than Greek yogurt). Add in a few frozen stawberries and blueberries along with a packet of Truvia. Fast and easy and only 137 calories!

    2 frosen bananas 4 pinapple rings and mabe a cup of feirce melon gatorade

    i was out of milk and it surprisingly turned out good i forse the rest of it and had "ice cream" later

    I never thought of adding gatorade, but that's a good idea :)

    Peanut Butter Banana
    (makes 4 servings)

    3 medium bananas (145g ish size)
    3 cups almond milk unsweetened
    3 tbsp peanut butter
    3 tbsp honey
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    1 cup of ice

    Blend all the stuff together in a blender. One serving is about 12 oz.

    Calories: 261
    Carbs: 39g
    Fat: 9g
    Prot: 13g
    Potassium: 527mg
    Fiber: 5g
