i failed miserably today. i tried to do them after all my other ab workouts and could only do 15 on my knees.
horrible. i think im going to wait a bit b 4 i try anymore so i dont pull any stomach muscles

Yeah, definately not fair for you to attempt this after an ab workout. Give it a try when you're fresh.0 -

i tried those superman plank pushups.
fark me. lol.
lots of tension going on, not alot of pushupping,
I got off the ground twice, but only by about 10mm, lol.
something to work on/strive for.

I was going to go for it today after squats but I'm not sure my back will be up to it after the kb swings challenge yesterday. May have to wait until next week. See how I go.0 -

That's the thing with this exercise. I don't think there is much gap at all between male & female abilities.
Upper body stuff: guys have big advantage
Lower body: fairly even IMO when talking weights as % of bw
core stuff: lower body weight really helps a lot to even things out.
I'm not going to be able to do the rollouts tonight. Back is fried. Will have to be next week.0 -
