Ok, time to get back to doing charts and being a little more serious. It's been up and down for me the last month or so. Lots of stuff going on at work, out of town guest and home sick the last few days. Back at it now.

Not sure what is up with me. Was certain I was going to have a decent loss this week. I've been killing my fitbit challenges. 93,000 steps the previous week and on pace to break that this week. Been working myself a bit too much and most likely not drinking nearly enough. We'll see if I can change that this week. Dave, nice job in continuing the loss.

Back from Indiana and three days backpacking in the Olympics.

I was actually at 204.1 on Wednesday after my hiking trip. That was mostly dehydration though and then, of course, I had a big steak when I got home . . .

Backpacking in the Olympics, sounds like a bucket list experience for me. I think I'm going through your neck of the woods in a couple of weeks. Going to a conference over in Chelan.
Anyways, I took last Friday off and totally forgot to get on the scale. I have this next Friday off for a colonoscopy. So, if I do weigh in, it should be a pretty substantial loss followed by a substantial gain the following week. We'll see what happens. Have a great week guys!0 -
I think I've done the colonoscopy thing three times now. You'll definitely lose some weight Tim, and you're correct in that it will come right back.
Anyway, I'm out of town tomorrow, so I'm checking in a day early.

Howdy guys! Well, I lost about 5 pounds by the morning of my colonoscopy. The following week I was back up a few pounds. This weekend I am down 2 pounds from the week before the procedure. I'm considering that as a win.
