Hope everyone had a great holiday. It's the last week until the final weigh in on 1/1/12.
So the holdays got to me. Hoping that I can get back on track tomorrow after work. It looks like I definitely will not make my goal of 210, unless i work off triple of what I eat in this last week. I did it to myslef and feel like I let you down, The upside is that this is a no mess around period of time bc I need to get to my wedding goal weight by May at the latest.
