Decided to sub Week 4 for 3 (3 is wayyyy too hard on my knees). I LOVE WEEK 4! It's my favorite so far!
So: Week 3 Day 7 DONE (substituted week 4) and Week 4 Day 3 DONE
I love, love, love this week. Way less impact to the joints, and I really got my HR up!

Week 4, Day 2 finished! I am a little sore in the upper shoulder area, but it feels so good!!! I am really enjoying this week so far! I have 7 days left to complete the 30 Day Challenge. I am anxious to take measurements once I am finished!0

This is becoming a weekly check-in for me - whoops! Mainly due to work-related hours nonsense that happens every four months or so.
I'm working better hours this week, so have started it off well with RI30W2 - my first W2 workout LOL. I cannot see any reason why I wont be able to do it for the next seven days.
I'm still so pleased that I did 30DS first - it really helps getting into the RI30 workouts.

Week4, Day3 complete! Felt great to exercise this morning, since yesterday, Sunday, I took as a rest day! But, for some reason, I am now feeling about like the gloomy weather outside! I can't stand that when I don't feel like myself! I wish I could bribe that sun to shine!!!! :flowerforyou:
I am 5 days away from completing my 30 Day Challenge, can't wait to measure! Hoping for a nice increase on the amount I have lost in inches! Scale has moved slow, but that is ok......I have to remind myself that! You don't want it to move fast, nice and steady!!! :happy:0
