    Decided to sub Week 4 for 3 (3 is wayyyy too hard on my knees). I LOVE WEEK 4! It's my favorite so far!

    So: Week 3 Day 7 DONE (substituted week 4) and Week 4 Day 3 DONE

    I love, love, love this week. Way less impact to the joints, and I really got my HR up!

    Week 4, Day 2 finished! I am a little sore in the upper shoulder area, but it feels so good!!! I am really enjoying this week so far! I have 7 days left to complete the 30 Day Challenge. I am anxious to take measurements once I am finished!

    I was supposed to do W 4 D4 yesterday but didnt, although I did get some cardio in...I will catch up today...

    D3W4 done. Still loving this level, it hurts so good...oh no I'm starting to sound like Jillian!!!!

    I'm all about continuing with Jillian and mixing it up, I really want to try her yoga work out so I might throw that in every once in a while to shake things up.

    It's called Jillian Micheal's 30 day slimdown. I did it back in February and it gives amazing results. BFBM and NMTZ are killer workouts!

    This is becoming a weekly check-in for me - whoops! Mainly due to work-related hours nonsense that happens every four months or so.

    I'm working better hours this week, so have started it off well with RI30W2 - my first W2 workout LOL. I cannot see any reason why I wont be able to do it for the next seven days.

    I'm still so pleased that I did 30DS first - it really helps getting into the RI30 workouts.

    Week4, Day3 complete! Felt great to exercise this morning, since yesterday, Sunday, I took as a rest day! But, for some reason, I am now feeling about like the gloomy weather outside! I can't stand that when I don't feel like myself! I wish I could bribe that sun to shine!!!! :flowerforyou:

    I am 5 days away from completing my 30 Day Challenge, can't wait to measure! Hoping for a nice increase on the amount I have lost in inches! Scale has moved slow, but that is ok......I have to remind myself that! You don't want it to move fast, nice and steady!!! :happy:
