Week 4 Day 5 DONE!!!! Woohoo wooohooo woohooo
Week 4 is by far my favorite! I think all the body weight exercises really get my HR up -- getting a GREAT calorie burn on this workout and I LOVE all the tricep work (it's much needed!! Think I may substitute this sometimes for Shred in our upcoming JM Mixup group. It's here if you want to join:

My BF told me this morning when hugging me that I'm getting "skinny"! OMG I haven't been skinny since I met him. Yiippee!

Ordered my 2 new DVD's yesterday to start our next Challenge! I can't wait to get them!! So excited for our next Challenge!
Took the morning off, was a late night at a basketball game. Going to do Week4, Day5 today after work with a little cardio!0 -
W4 D1 Not sure how much of a workout I got because I had to watch her to figure out some of the moves. I will definitely do 8 days or more of this one. All in all not as bad as I tought it would be. There is an awful lot of jumping!0

Hello To All,
Finally my pc was fixed. I was not doing good this past few days. I had been sick and I felt so weak. I even lose 4 pounds because of these. I need to wait to regain my energy to start again from where I stopped. Still on my week 3 I need to do 2 more workout before I switched to week 4.
It's good to be back and I miss you all guys!

Thank you. I feel a lot better now. I've done day 6 week 3 tonight, glad I finished the workout. But I am so behind again, just like when I used to in the last shredders group. I feel great after the workout!0 -

Got two new JM. Will go another month with one of her DVDs. Will take a look a Chalene.

Between finals at school and then getting sick I feel like SUCH a slacker! Did Week 4 Day 1 yesterday and day 2 today. I am determined to see this thing through, even if I've taken more rest days then I would have liked0

W3D6 DONE!!! I'm so excited about moving on. My shoulders and arms are on FIRE after this workout. I had to take 2 days off of Ripped....sinus congestion!!!! But I wasn't going to let it keep beating me and I felt SO GOOD after working out And im sure body appreciated the little rest.

I achieved this with Jillian's 30DS and Ripped so far. And having these groups for support where I can hold myself accountable for working out and let out my frustrations with how hard/difficult/how much I HATE a particular exercise

day 7 week 3 done today. 1 more week to go for w4. But on Monday I will start the multi DVDs challenge of J M's workout. good thing i have ordered all her DVDs previously, so I don't have hard time to look for it.0

its kinda weird I don't really feel like i've lost anything, i mean i feel like i even look the same :grumble:

All done! Final results: lost 1.25 inches off my waist, lost 1.25 inches of my hips, and lost .5 inches off my chest. Weight loss was 3.5 pounds. Not as good as I had hoped but I was battling a pretty nasty cold for a bit, hopefully I'll rock it out for the next JM challenge. That being said, I'm still happy with the loss and feel stronger and even a bit more confident!0

My bad, but totally forgot to post on here for my workout on Dec. 10th, Week4, Day3. So this threw my days on here out of sequence. Actually it was to my advantage, but once I started to compare my exercise log in's to my posts, something was off.
Today really is:
Week4, Day7.....complete! I actually am feeling stronger at some of the different exercises she has us do, but not all of them! No burpies or the plank with the hopping into the 3 different positions. Try to save my knees!
Going to measure tomorrow! Crossing my fingers for positive results!!!0 -
W4 D3 done! I am trying to fight off a cold and its really hard to push through. Taking a rest day tomorrow, hopefully I will feel better Sunday. Everyone have a good weekend!0

W4 D4 done! Today was going to be a rest day but my morning zumba class was cancelled and thought I should do something. I really can't believe I am saying this 2 months I would have said YES! and went back to bed. A year ago I would not have set my alarm and got up on a Saturday morning for an exercise class.
I like the change!0 -
One more day of Ripped in 30, then I'm finished and ready to move on to our next challenge!
Took my weight and measurements this morning!
Lost 2.6 pounds!!!!!!!
Lost 7.25 inches!!!!!
I am so pleased with this workout challenge! Thank you all for doing this and making it so much more than what it would of been alone! I appreciate it!

Did week 4 day 3 yesterday and just got done doing day 4. GREAT JOB EVERYONE Seriously I am so impressed with all of you that stuck with it everyone should be so proud of themselves. Great results!!! I can't wait to see mine!0

WK4D1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Killer!! im tired now. Its hard. That yoga move at the beginning I can't wait to be able to really do that. When I saw the plank jumps i was like I can't do that. But I did and I could and I'm proud of that I've come a long long long way.0
