Week 3, Day 7 is done and it is still hard! YIKES! This is definitely a challenging week! Felt great today though. Took yesterday off for a rest day and am thinking tonight I would like to hit the treadmill or something else for Cardio! We will see, never know what my evening will end up like :happy:0

W2D7 DONE. Whew!! IDK what it is about JM workouts, but right when I'm down to the last workout before I move levels it like really gets me lol. I guess mentally I'm like yeah, I can do this, I'm ready for the next level and the workout says I'm going to kick your but one last good time!!!
Well Im off to do a little bit of house straightening and then going to hit my bike for my last 40 min of cardio

Day 5 week 4 getting easier, was able to do the last ab session the whole time doing modifications for the pliay (sp?) hops and the sissor jacks as well.

Week 3 Day 2 done!
I think I'm in more pain today than I was on my first day of Week 3. I do have to modify some of the moves just so I can do them.
While that makes me feel like a wimp it still works!0 -
Day 5 Week 3 done!
I woke up this morning with a horrible twinge in my right boob/shoulder area. Must have a trapped nerve or something.
Anyway I debated whether to Rip as I am off Xmas shopping with my mother in law to be, but I know with me missing workouts is a slippery slope so I did it anyway and it still twinges but doesn't feel as bad!
Glad I did it now!
My weightloss and inch loss has stalled completely but at least it I'm not putting anything on.
I did 30DS before RIT and haven't really moved weight since week 2 of the Shred. Anyone else like this?0 -
I would be missing on regularly checking in here, My pc at home is messed up.I have to wait to repair it first before I can use it again. Getting me really Crazy. No internet in a day is so cruel to me.i will just catch up once it is completely reformat. good thing here in Philippines we can rent a computer in internet shop but i cannot do it everyday, its so inconvenient. btw day 4 week 3 done today. till next time.0

I hear ya! I did W3D2 yesterday and I'm feeling it today. I'm modifying as well. I'm just focusing on how happy I am that I just keep going. I'm hoping when I do D3 today my muscles warm up and I feel better than I do now! I know doing 30DS and now this is paying off. My arms looks 100% better. My weight is hovering within 5lbs of the lowest I've gotten but heck I've been eating a lot. I just want to keep focused on doing this over the next month, trying to keep my eating within sane bounds and then re-evaluate what I want to accomplish during January. I know I'd like to get 10 more pounds off but I also know I'm not into buckling down to do it this second. If it happens great, if not I'm happy exercising and eating healthy most of the time.0 -

I can't do those deck rolls on Week 3 circuit 2. They just kill my knees when you pop upright. Any modification ideas??? :grumble: :grumble: :grumble: :grumble:
Everyone is really rocking it! What are you all thinking for your next workout challenge? More Jillian? I like @Saffya's mix-it-up JM workouts from all the different DVDs -- really keeps it interesting.

That is impressive. My arms are freakin shaking right now! That last circuit with all the arms kills me! My triceps are on fire. I'm afraid if I did back to back workouts i would hurt myself in some embarrassing way--like falling flat on my face!
I'm up for a new Jillian Challenge after this.

Today i'm going to take my rest day (so i can study for finals!)
and then i plan doing two more days on level 3 because i really enjoy it and im scared for week 4 lol0 -
W3D1 DONE. What happened to her talking?? She just jumped straight into this workout! My goodness!!! I was pouring sweat not even 5 minutes in.

I'm back. Halfway through a stretch of 19 work days in a row, many very long and most nights only getting 5-6 hrs sleep.
I have a normalish-day planned for today, and finally got back to RI30 after 2 weeks away.

Bad news for me: I have bursitis in my right knee. Doc wants me to back off exercise for only 3x week.
I'm going to get way behind you all but so it goes.... Taking this opportunity to do a carb cleanse since I need to keep my cals way lower while I'm not exercising as much. I'll still be checking in cause you guys inspire me so much!!!0 -

Week 3 Day 4 done. This week is finals week at school so I'm not getting in workouts everyday and I feel horrible! I can't wait to be done with school for winter break!!! I am really going to step up my game then and kick some butt in order to drop a couple more lbs before the new year!0

Been really bad! I wasnt able to do a full week of Wk 3. I have no balance so that second circuit was killing me! I did, however, enjoy the downward facing dog pushups and the side raise that follow them. I felt defeated and instead of giving up, I decided to try level 4 before moving on to something else....
W4 D 3 DONE!!!
For some reason I feel this week is a lot easier and I love the burn I feel on my arms!
I saw a few pages back a routine to mix it up for the next challenge and I love it!! I just got another 3 DVD's from Ms. Michaels and can't wait to try it....
Maybe we should make this a Jillian Michaels Group instead of Ripped...this was we can all share our progress!

W3D2 DONE!!! I like this one because I wake up and go to bed feeling like I worked hard. Super hard! There is not a muscle in my thigh that I do not feel I can appreciate the soreness.
I can do all moves except the ones where you are on the floor ab lift then stand back up. I do all ab moves instead or just the ab lifts. I feel like Im going to see some serious inches lost in the thighs and hips. I certainly hope so since thats the last place I lose and that makes it seem like an eternity before I can drop a pant size.

I had a funny moment today. So I have a kitten the same one who tries to attack Jillian through the screen....well today during one of the table ab moves. He decides to jump on me and lay there I know this day was coming!!!!!!!! It was pretty funny Im glad it wasn't my big cat. who's probably like almost 12 pounds now.0 -

finished Ripped in 30 week 4 and going to start Killer Buns and Thighs and 6 week 6 pack alternating them.
weighed myself yesterday (won't use today's weight cuz i have gained weight i think it's water weight cuz you can't gain fat weight overnight, i dont think, like 2-4 lbs overnight )
