    Did Day 1 of Week 3 today!
    OMG it's a killer! My lower legs felt like they were going to melt. Normally I watch the dvd through before I start a new week so I know what to expect but because I have been having one rest day (saturday) and therefore trying to make up the full 7 days of each week I just didn't get chance to watch it so did it 'blind' this morning.
    :/ I did have to take a couple of 5 second breaks but I am still alive now although I bet my form is dreadful!
    Has anyone found their weightloss/inchloss has stalled? I did 30DS before this and it kind of stalled after the 2nd week but I thougt Ripped might have kick started it all again
    I do the same way too, sort of memorizing the moves before doing it. It make a lot easier when I workout since we've been changing moves every-week. btw day 6 and 7 week 2 complete.

    Well, I'm a little embarrassed to come back here after taking a week off for illness, family vacation, and my sudden on take of a symptom called lethargy. But I don't want to quit and even if I'm ridiculously behind, I still need everyone's motivation. As long as I'm willing to keep going I suppose it's okay. Finally completed day 7 of level one. And if level two isn't a huge doozie, I'll try to squeeze in some extras to erase some of the shame of my fallback :) Great job everyone for killing it!!!
    I'm glad you're back. Good luck for the week 2. Just make sure you are completely recovered before starting. It is challenging but I know you can do it. Not a big fan of doing mountain climbers and planks jacks back to back for 2 minutes. glad i'm done with week 2. getting scared to week3.

    Somehow I really hurt my right knee day before yesterday. I rested yesterday but it's still super achy and a bit swollen. :( I hate getting "behind" but it looks like another day off is in order. :( Just when I started feeling like I was on a good roll. Sigh.

    We're glad you're here! I'm way behind too cause of Thanksgiving and now hurting my knee. It doesn't matter what day or level or week you're on -- just do your best and stick with us! We're all doing what we can....

    W2D4 done yesterday Planks are killer. But guess what I do regular pushups when I cant do the planks anymore !!!!!. Will check back in after tonight's workout!!

    D2 W2 Done. I just feel like I can't do it. I can't do some of the moves even close to as many times as the dvd (even modified). I just don't tink I am getting anything out of it. Anyone else feel this way?

    With some of the plank moves, i can do it for a certain extent then I just do regular pushups-something I couldn't before
    With the bridge ab- I do what I can then do crunches or situps.

    Those are the only two I can think of offhand that I have trouble with.

    W3D4, is done. This was a tough day as well. Jillian definitely knows what she is doing and I am loving the results! Have to try and get another evening in with cardio.

    Forgot to check in yesterday, but I did D1W3 yesterday and just finished D2W3 today. Week 3 is really hard for me, I have a bad knee (no cartilidge in my right knee). I can't physically do that duck walk, but I try and by the end of the workout my knee is so shaky and weak. But, I'm giving it all I have and then some! Let's keep it up guys, we are all rocking this whether we think so or not!!

    Week 3 Day 1 Done! UGH week 3 is a killer I hate duck walk and jumping lunges!!! I had to do a lot of the beginner modifications which made me feel like I didn't get as good of a workout though and slacked a little :/ I definitely want to try and push harder tomorrow!

    W2D4 done! Its still hard but getting easier. I made it through all the cardio sets without stopping. Some moves I don't even modify. I am feeling really proud of myself. Zumba tonight, I haven't been in a week. :happy:

    Keep up the good work we are all doing great!

    W3 D3. I never thought I would say this after doing a couple of W3 sessions - but that wasn't that bad tonight! Getting *slightly* easier!!

    Week 2 Day 6 done.

    And I can see my biceps and triceps when i flex in the mirror. My husband was very impressed! They are getting more and more visible and I love it!

    I've been taking weekly measurements (and recording my weight) to see how I do each week. I'm a little excited for Day 7 to be over tomorrow so that I can take a new set of measurements and see how I've done.

    just finished week 4 day 2 and it was hard but not as hard as the day before, didn't go full out on it this time, cuz i ate not even an hour before starting but still got a good work out :)

    Not to scare anyone more than necessary but I tried Week 3 today - HOLY THIGH PAIN BATMAN! I couldn't finish it... :sad: even with the modifications. I had to go back to Week 2 and that was like coming home. Jillian really kicks it up for Week 3 and I'm just not ready yet.

    Update: Week 4 Day 2 has given me sore glutes lol. chest is a little sore as well as my arms but it's not too bad :)

    Not great at checking in, but did my Week 2 day 4 Tuesday, taught 2 aerobics classes yesterday so skipped JM, but did week 3 day 1 today...killer

    I did W2D1 Sunday and W2D2 Wednesday. It was quite a bit better after Wednesday. My butt was so sore after Sunday! I did my exercise bike tuesday and thursday and monday is my rest day. Planning to do W2D3 tonight. :D

    W2D5 done last night. I'm getting scared for level 3! i had to take a day off and did some pilates for my workout instead. my muscles are shaky from all the work at this point.

    my thighs are the ones that are dying the most! they hurt just getting up and down from my chair and they're shaky during my workouts. Now i'm really worried :noway:

    D3W3 done. I had to laugh at myself today while working out. Jillian was rambling something about how the girl doing the modified was complaining that she wasn't getting her workout, and I couldn't help but roll my eyes and mumble some not nice things about the little creep. I started to giggle at myself and lost my balance in my lunge and almost fell, which of course made me giggle at myself even more.

    Week 3 Day 2 Done. Def stepped it up from yesterday! It's so tough but a great workout.... love/hate relationship kinda thing I guess.

    W2D5 DONE...... I feel stronger and can do more moves. I nearly killed the planks today :) i'm going to do 2 more days of this level and moving on!!!! Can't wait to see what week 3 has in store. My tummy looks smaller can't wait til the end to do a measure :)

    I'm totally hating week 2....so much so that I decided to do week 3 cause I needed to fit two workouts in.

    DAY 4 WEEK 2 DONE
    DAY 1 WEEK 3 DONE

    I just have to mix it up. Something about week 2 just bores me to death. I like week 3 a lot more even though it's harder!

    just finished day 3 of week 4 i think, not sure about the day lol :P, anyways it's getting easier in some ways, like the burpees are easier and such and the forearm planks are easy but I sure gotta fit this work out in earlier in the day!!! LOL
