    I did 30 minutes of kinect dance central and 15 minutes of kinect fitness evolved :happy: 45 minutes all together for today :bigsmile:

  • Hi! I'm not so savy with posting my exercise minutes so I think I have finally found the right place, I hope. Since starting, I have logged 195 minutes of exercise. I think this is such a great challenge!

    Hello everyone!

    I so want in on this challenge! I am so unmotivated to exercise some days and this will definitely help keep me moving! I'm new to MFP so feel free to add me as a friend! Excited to work towards 12,000 minutes this year :)
