    Hi! I'm not so savy with posting my exercise minutes so I think I have finally found the right place, I hope. Since starting, I have logged 195 minutes of exercise. I think this is such a great challenge!

    January 4th-53 minutes(walk/jog) 73 minutes (Jillian Micheal's Shredding with weights, and walked three miles)
    January 5th-Rest Day
    January 6th-45 minutes (walked)
    January 6th-20 minutes (30DS)
    january 6th-30 minutes (walk/jog)
    January 7th- Rest Day
    January 8th- Rest Day

    1/6 45 minutes
    1/7 60 minutes
    1/8 I think I'll rest.

    270 total.

    Hello everyone!

    I so want in on this challenge! I am so unmotivated to exercise some days and this will definitely help keep me moving! I'm new to MFP so feel free to add me as a friend! Excited to work towards 12,000 minutes this year :)
