    What's your #1 fitness/ health goal in 2012? I gained a bunch of weight after I was treated for hyperthyroidism. I don't care about losing the weight. I'd like to replace that weight with muscle (I am very under-muscled) and fit back into my old clothes.

    My food vice are carbs and sugar.
    I hate to exercise alone and for no reason. I need buddies and fun.
    I like Tennis and Dance as exercise, but haven't done either in a while.
    Kickboxing, but I don't have the money for that. So maybe jogging.
    back of arms and that little area below my belly button to my hips.
    um....my legs, since we are talking about fitness.
    To get in the lower range of my healthy bmi. For me I'm 5'5 and 145ish. So between 130-125. would be nice. But I've weighed this 145 eating whatever I want since about the 10th grade, and I'm a 25 year old new mom. I find it's very hard mentally and physically when I'm just fine being lazy. :/

    Can I just say how happy I am to find this group! I am so sick of people telling me that I am skinny enough and don't need to exercise and watch what I eat. Just because I am not overweight doens't mean I am as healthy as I could and should be.
