    My ticker isn't updating either! I did the 30 day shred tonight, so I shortened my run... only 2.05 miles today (1.5 run and .55 walk). That brings me up to about 59. I'm way off target again this month. Maybe March will be my month!

    10 more tonight! Tomorrow might be my day off, I am so close though! 185 miles so far! I even took the stairs back to my apartment after gym time, and I live on the 10th floor. I just wish my weight was reflecting my progress this week. I think I may have plateaued.

    Unfortunately, I cut what should've been a 16 mile run today short since I just wasn't feelin' it, so I only ran 6 miles (super annoyed at myself now, but still updating my ticker). That brings my total for February up to 89,46 miles all running.

    Due to a week of overtime and then a week of car repair hell, I haven't been able to do much lately even on my late-start adjusted goal for February. But things are back to normal now so I'm still going to shoot for 40 miles for the month on my stationary bike. I'll be able to do this right in March.
