    Well, guess I'm going to have to lower my mile goal this month. Am leaving on VN in about 10 days and am just not where I should be at this time. Haven't been able to get a lot of miles in the past few days, either. If I can average about 3 miles for the next 10 days, I should reach my new goal, which is 70 MILES.

    Going to shoot for 50 miles this month. I do other exercises, so 50 miles will be a good challenge for me.

    2/1- 2.0 miles (walk/jog)
    2/3- 3.0 miles (walk/jog)
    2/4-2.7 miles (jog)
    2/6-2.0 miles (walk/jog)
    2/8-1.0 mile (walk)
    2/10-2.0 miles (walk)
