    Awesome. Hi, fellow CT folks. I'm Megan, currently living in Bristol & working in Glastonbury. Am really glad to see that there's a group for CT people who might be interested in meeting up IRL. Would love to get some kind of a walking group together or coordinate some fitness activities or something. I didn't grow up in CT, so don't know a lot of people around here or have a ton of friends here. That being said, it would be great to have some 'local support'. Please feel free to add me as a friend if anyone is looking to expand their support circle!

    Hello Connecticut! I'm Jacki (originally from Waterbury & currently residing in Stamford). I'm on MFP to help gain control over my stress eating, track my nutrition & as a way to find the source of my overinduldgent behavior. I need the support if I ever want to feel confident deep down again. I'm young and have no excuse not to feel an inward swagger.

    Hello everyone, been on and off Mfp for about a year. Strictly everyday for last 100 days. During this time I've lost 55lbs and goal wise I want another 9 more! I workout 5x a week and run as much as I can! Last year I ran my first 5k in Milford! (walnut beach race) yup if any remember, it was pouring rain that day! I did it just over 33 mins... I plan to destroy that time this year!

    I live in shelton, ct! Pretty much grew up here! Nice to meet all u fellow Connecticut'ers feel free to add me if u like
