Hi everyone, I have a confession...I have been so slack in logging my miles here and missed last week completely!!

Ok I've slacked on the mileage for the last two days I started P90X and it is kicking my rear!! Back to the treadmill tomorrow I will get my mileage in!!!0

Sorry I have been MIA - I am supposed to be training for a 5k. I thought I'd have lots of miles to report BUT hubby bought me the Brazil Butt Lift, and that's what I have been doing for for the last 10 days! Now that I know what is expected of me in that program, I am gonna try to start getting my miles in again.

Wednesday 3.25 miles at a 4.0 incline treadmill and P90X arms and shoulders. First week of P90X and I can say there is not one part of my body that is not sore!! P90X is no joke!!
