    1/2 way through another week and once again just amazed at all the effort you all put in! Amazing dedication to reach goals!!!

    Sunday -0. Monday-2.97 (ellip / treadmill) Tues- 5 (ellip) Wed- 2.13 (ellip ) and .9 (bike).

    TOTAL- 11 MILES (YAY!-I already surpassed my measly total from last week!)

    1/2 way through the week and feeling great! It's so motivational to see you all posting your miles too... LOVE this group! :drinker:

    Sunday (2/19) - 3.65 miles - Had a nice outside run with my friend Jenny.
    Monday (2/20) - 2.60 miles - did the treadmill while watching an episode of Desperate Housewives. Felt good!
    Tuesday (2/21) - 1.1 miles - just doing my regular mile today
    Wednesday (2/22) - 4.89 miles - Night run with a friend who really pushed me for a PERSONAL BEST! Managed to get under a 12-minute-mile pace and didn't walk once. Very giddy about this... will be doing it again! :happy:

    Wednesday 3.25 miles at a 4.0 incline treadmill and P90X arms and shoulders.
    Thursday 3.50 miles at a 4.0 incline treadmill and P90X Yoga (never knew yoga was this hard!)

    Thank you!! I honestly didn't think I'd be able to keep up with her! Her "comfortable pace" is around 8:50 and mine is around 13:00... BIG difference!! She stuck with me for an 11:56 average pace and I was SO happy to have managed it and not died! :happy:

    Wow, everyone is doing so great!! WTG!!! I wish I could respond to each person's posts, but I just don't have the time for that.

    My stats thus far this week:

    Sun (2/19): 6.50 mi (Jog)
    Mon (2/20): 1.12 mi (Elliptical)
    Tue (2/21): P90x Core Synergistics - no miles, but ohhh am I sore! :wink:
    Wed (2/22): 4.97 mi (Jog)
    Thurs (2/23): rest day
    Fri (2/24): 8.85 mi (Jog)

    Total: 21.44 miles (Runkeeper gave me 2 PRs today... most miles run in a week and in a month - 49.8 total for Feb, so far)

    I don't know if I will have a chance tomorrow to get any in, but do hope to get a nice hike in on Sunday down in the Ozarks :smile:
