    I grew up around Keto. My parents have been on a roller coaster ride with it for quite awhile now. Mom lost over 100 pounds on it! I've done it before, but only for short-term goals. I've gained too much weight in the past few years, so I started Keto again this week but this time I'm in it for the long haul. I'm excited to meet everyone!

    I have been overweight since 9th grade. Although I hide the weight well I know its not good. I am a 5'7 Italian American and Pasta was a way of life. Not anymore!
    I am aiming to be the skinniest Male in my short fat Italian family! lol
    Although I cannot eat pasta anymore, I still get my Italian eats on with Keto!

    Also I'm doing it for my wife and kids. I need to be as healthy as I can for them and being 100lbs overweight wasn't helping.

    I learned about keto last year, but fell off the bandwagon here and there.
    But now i really want to pull through and stay in keto for at least a month.

    Besides keto i go to the gym to lift weights at least two times a week and sometimes three if time permits it.
