    I`m just brand new to keto, and technically won`t be starting for a day or so as I need the car to get groceries. I`m currently in set up mode, and making my grocery shopping list!

    2nd round of Keto began about a month ago. I had a lot of luck the 1st time around and lost 50lbs in a little over 8 months. I got cocky and ate whatever I wanted because my common sense was apparently malfunctioning, and gained about 20 back. I'm down 9lbs so far and hoping to lose another 20lbs by the end of August.
