    Looks like everyone is having a great start to the week. :drinker:

    Sun: 10.01 mi - RTP Groupie Run, running the race route.
    Mon: 0 - Rest day
    Tue: 1.05mi elliptical + 2.34 easy hike
    Wed: 5.0 mi wog (a partlycloud/mostly sunny 60degree start to my run.. was sooo hot in my shorts n fitted under armour tee had to roll them and expose my belly - and I didn't care who saw!! :tongue: )

    I just found you all! I'm in, but don't know if I'll make it to 15 this week, but I am really glad you're here! :) I want to run a 5K on June 2nd, and my goal is to finish it in under 30 minutes. Thanks for being here to help me get to my goal!

    Tuesday - 2.5 miles-run, .5 mile-brisk walk
