Wednesday- 2.5 miles - run, 1 mile - brisk walk
Thursday- 3.1 mi run! (Do we count tenths here?)
Friday-0 mi
Saturday- 3.1 mi run, 1.1 mi walk
Total- 13.8 miles...almost there!!!

According to my FitBit pedometer I managed a little over 35 miles during these 7 days. That is the most I've done in a long time. Thanks for the encouragement!0
