    Tuesday - 2.5 miles-run, .5 mile-brisk walk
    Wednesday- 2.5 miles - run, 1 mile - brisk walk
    Thursday- 3.1 mi run! (Do we count tenths here?)
    Friday- :( 0 mi
    Saturday- 3.1 mi run, 1.1 mi walk

    Total- 13.8 miles...almost there!!!

    Let's get 'em next week, everybody!
  • 3/11 5 mile run/walk 3 mile bike
    3/12 2.25 run/walk 5.2 mi bike
    3/13 3.1 miles run/3.2 miles walk
    3/14 5.1 miles
    3/15 ........................................... 17 miles cycling/ 3 miles stationary

    3/17 2.5 miles
    total 23.15 run/walk........................ 28.2 bike

    Total so far- 7 miles

    Saturday- 2 miles

    Total- 9 miles.

    Didn't get too much in this week my mom was visiting from out of town.

    Monday 12th March - 7 Miles (Treadmill/Elliptical)
    Tuesday 13th March - 3.1 Miles (Tredmill) :(
    Wednesday 14th March - 6.5 Miles (Treadmill/Walk away the pounds)
    Thursday 15th March - 7.1 Miles (Treadmill/walk away the pounds)
    Friday 16th March - 2.7 Miles (Treadmill only) not feeling so good today

    According to my FitBit pedometer I managed a little over 35 miles during these 7 days. That is the most I've done in a long time. Thanks for the encouragement!
