    Hi All,

    Recap from the week:

    Exercise Minutes: 280 (not my best week ever, but with two days off, these things happen.
    Water: 10 glasses at least everyday
    Tracking: Again missed two days. I was lazy this week, what can I say?
    Days Logged In: I think i'm at 16 or 17. Keeping it up :).
    Goal for the week: Find a nutritionist. DONE! Working on setting up an appt.

    The one plus of the hike of despair is that it got my exercise minutes up to Elite. Though, honestly, I did not feel very elite completing it. If I had been going at a normal speed I would not have made it. Not sure how to best handle that.

    Minutes: 372 minutes
    8 glasses of water: 5/7
    Personal Goal (Tracking everyday): 7/7 (even the terrible tequila night!)
    Log Ins: 5 days

    Even with the terrible TeKillya night, we still did pretty freakin' great for the week.
