Tue: 2.20 mi power walk (lunchtime stroll around track @ work)
Wed: 3.31mi run/walk (beee-autiful night for a run... humidity was near nonexistent temp around 68... awesome!)
Thu: 1.25 walk + 4.12 mi run/walk (made new PR for 4mi.. 46:25!)
Fri: 1.25mi walk + 21.95mi bike ride-trail (had to pick up the pedal pace to outrun a skunk!)
Sat: 22.38mi bike ride-trail
