Starting tomorrow...so exceited! Will post progress and NSV under this topic! Planning on doing 1 workout per day (not 2 because I'm starting C25K as well) and will probably integrate some of Jillian's great meal ideas in my diet!

Loved workout 1! I'm used to her 30 DS DVD so I could already do some harder versions of the moves. Took measurements and before pictures in my bikini this morning, can't wait to see the results!0

Just ate all my exercise cals back, at least yesterday's bbq leftovers are gone!!! just about to do week 1 day 2!!0

Loved workout 2 as well! I like that it's easier and I can focus on the form for 2 weeks!0

Did Cardio 1 for the 1st time yesterday....WTF that was hard!!!! But I did it all the way and even add weights sometimes! Yes I can! Back to workout 1 tonight!0

2nd cardio 1 and it was easier!! I did it earlier so I had more energy. Tomorrow is rest day #1 but I'll still go for a run because I started c25k last week as well...now off to walk this lab of mine!0

Woke up at 5h30 this morning to do Cardio 1 because I know I won't have time tonight...WHEN YOU HAVE A WHY, YOU CAN TOLERATE ANY HOW...so true! Tomorrow is rest day and its great because it's my cousins wedding! I will still make time to start week 3 of C25K in the early morning. Week 3 of JMBR starts on Sunday which is my birthday!0

Starting week 3 tonight!
Week 2 results are in: 3 inches loss and 1 pound loss.
That makes it a total of 7 inches and 1 pound for the 2 first weeks!0 -
I did workout 3 and 4 for the 1st time. I really like them, they force me to push harder, beyond what I could imagine for the abs in workout 4... They are more 30 day shred level and I can't wait to do them again!0

Also, I'm discovering some new back muscle after workout 4!0

Did Workout 3 again! I think it's the hardest for me in phase 1... Or maybe I was just more tired because I woke up at 4 am to go to work this morning... I really like the yoga pauses and the challenging abs though!0

So yesterday was my rest day. Started work too early (had to wake up at 5 to go to work, usually I exercise in the morning around 5h30-6h...at some point, I need some sleep! Did workout 4 this morning for the 2nd time and I definitly like it better then workout 3. I was able to do hallow man for almost the total time required, which is better then last time Probably wont get tons of results from this week, because I had my cousins wedding, my birthday and an all you can eat sushi dinner yesterday. May was just terrible for the food! I love this month, but Im glad for the diet that it's over!! Still managed to loose weight and inches the past weeks, but Im not sure for this one. Will have bettter results in the week to come...and it's my birthday only once a year right!?0

Week 3 is over! Starting week 4 tomorrow! I can't believe I'm almost done phase 1! I did cardio 1 today and I managed to go crazier on some moves, like the Mummy one.
Also, I noticed that the back of my thighs looked more toned and that I seem to have less celluites!0 -
Week 3 results : lost 1 pound and 2 inches. Total so far : lost 2 pounds and 9.5 inches0

Just did week 4 day 1, I was able to do: 10 regular (men style) push ups, most of the last abs without hands on the floor (circuit 4 workout 3), and the tree pose with my feet in my thighs! Had a great sweat as well!0 -
Just did workout 4: I was able to do Hallow man abs ( if that's how it's written) all the way! Plus I had more balance in that balance move at the beginning. Improving every day!0

Tonight was cardio 1! It has become easy if I compare to the 1st time I did it! I love to see the cardio endurance going up as well as getting stronger and toned! Plus, I'm in week 4 of c25k, so that sure helps with the cardio!0

Did workout 3 for the last time today! I used to hate it...not anymore, seeing improvement helps a lot! I rocked those abs at the end!0

Did workout 4 for the last time tonight! I loved that workout! After the whole day golfing with the office, I'm now ready for a shower and bed!0
