    Hi there!

We're in the same page of BR, I guess...

Did workout 8 yesterday, after a 4k run, but am feeling so tired today. In fact, been feeling like that since beginning week 7 and th exhaustion never stopped since.

Yesterday I read a comment on another thread that might have given me an idea on why that's happening.
Ever since starting the BR, I've been eating a total of 1200k or less, some days, but I've never done only Jillian's workouts, 'cause, clever me, I want results! Fast!

So I'd go running, or pushing the cardio in the evenings, along with the regular workouts.

My body's saying it wants more and better food! It's claiming I've been under eating and eating more won't mean I can afford to eat white bread or rice, or potatoes at every meal! Got it!

So I started to increase my intake of protein and veggies and some fruit, as I've been away from sugary stuff since the beginning!

Guess I'll be adding some before and after pics for you to see.
    Anyone else care to join?

Thanx for this group, by the way. It's great to share our stories!

Hi! Thanks for sharing your JMBR adventure with me.

I felt tired as well when I started week 7. I run 3 days per week so topping that with JMBR, I think my body was telling me that it was exhausted. This week, I'm not doing the cardio DVDs, I only do the workouts and my 2 cardio days and 2 of my 4K runs (actually training for a 5K). I'm glad to know I'm not alone in this situation!

I had great before and after phase 1 pics, but didn't post them. I can't wait to compare the before and after phase 2 pictures! I would love to see your progress!

Will finish week 8 tomorrow with workout 8 and some cardio! To be honest... Even though I did all the workouts for the past 2 weeks, I had 3 cheat days last week and 2 this week, that makes it 5 cheat days. So, I will do 1 more week of phase 2 workouts 7 and 8. Plus, next week I'll be 5h away from home traveling for work so I don't want to start phase 3 next week.

Week 8 Workout 8 yesterday and I finally saw improvement in warrior 3! So this week I'm supposed to start phase 3 but due to traveling for work, I will wait for next week to start it. Planned so cardio (running outside) and a total of four 7&8 workouts. So final results for phase 2 will be available next Sunday!

So I noticed improvement in some moves in workout 8 like the bridge one with one leg up and the torture tube around it. Tomorrow is cardio day. I'll go run 30 min in the morning. Wednesday will be my day off as I'm off traveling for wotk from tomorrow until Friday. Thursday morning will be some cardio again(will run 30 min outside in this city 6h away from home or at the hotel gym if it rains). I'll be able to do workout 7 on Friday when I get back home and workout 8 on Saturday. On Sunday begins phase 3!

Did workout 10 yesterday and really enjoyed it, even if it was 11h pm. Will do workout 9 again tonight and cardio tomorrow as I'll be away traveling for work again. Its easier to plug in some cardio when I'm away. Will go for a 30 min jog at the hotels gym.

I find myself really enjoying workout 9! The crab pause became easier as well. Cardio intervals are rough though. Also, discovering some new fore arm muscles...

Did workout 10 tonight for the 2nd time. Loving circuit 4 with the yoga pause and the arm with crescent pause. Having a little trouble with balance on the flying bird thing.

Ok, so was sick for 3 days! Yesterday I realized that there were only 5 weeks of summer left (until September). So, because I did not workout those last days and because of those 5 weeks left, I decided to begin phase 3 over. 2 more weeks od workout 9 and 10 (and it's great because I love those), plus 3 weeks of workouts 11 and 12. Also, I ran my 1st 5 K distance recently so will continue running 5Ks 3x/week (training for this since mid may).

So did workout 9 again tonight and it sure felt good after 3 days of rest!

Did workout 11 for the 1st time yesterday, that was hard the the arms with all those planks and push ups! Bear walk is so cute, scorpion push ups are great and one cardio interval I felt like a monkey! Hurt my right foot while running 5K yesterday afternoon, so I couldn't jump the moves. I still managed to have good form!

Workout 12 yesterday for the 1st time. Loved the intense abs work. Managed to slowly dance my crab at the end and really liked the support of the staff in the video. But what's up with that music at the begining?!
