Phase 1 is over!! Just did cardio 1 for the last time! Cardio 2 will kick my butt for sure, but pushing myself will bring me great results, cardio 1 became too low impact. tomorrow is rest day and will post phase 1 results...and may be progress pictures...0

Week 4 results: -1 lbs, - 2 inches.
Phase 1 results: -3 lbs, -11.5 inches.0 -
Just did workout 5 for the 1st time! Circuit 3 is a arm killer, but the workout is doable in general! I was able to do the advance scissor abs version, and to take heavier weights from time to time.0

It's 11 pm and I just finished workout 6 for the 1st time. Had to go to the vet for my lab and it took 2h, my whole evening! As for the workout, I liked it! I really like the last circuit with all that abs work!0

Did cardio 2 for the 1st time! I liked it! I have to admit it was less exhausting than cardio 1 for me. The reason: started couch to 5K the same day I started JMBR so my cardio has improved a lot! Seeing endurance progress feels great! I still had a good sweat0

Had to take yesterday as my rest day due to my schedule, but I still went running in the morning! So I just finished workout 5 for the second time and that circuit 3 is still an arm killer! But I saw some improvement in those push ups with side planks, I just love them!0

Did workout 6 for the second time yesterday! I really like that workout, I think it's one of my favorite so far, specially the super set of abs at the end! Will do 2nd time of cardio 2 after breakfast, but I already took this weeks measurements and weight.
Week 5 results: -3 lbs (thats the same amount as my total phase 1 weight loss) and - 4 inches!0 -

Started week 6 today! Workout 5 is really a pain for me and like workout 6 so much! The arms superset is kicking my butt in workout 5. Specially today after running outside for 20 min, that was rough!0 -
Yay! Today was workout 6! I noticed I have more stability and I still really like the super set of abs at the end! I had fever this afternoon had a headache, pills and a nap did help me, but my workout was also necessary !0

Did cardio 2! Loving it! It gives me a good sweat but I'm not out of breath, I even have fun doing it.
Also, I agreed to go do insanity pure cardio tomorrow on lunch break with a co worker. Hoping for my new endurance to kick in and be able to do the whole thing!0 -
Yay! Workout 5 for the last time and finally saw improvement in the arms strength! I have to admit it was a tough workout for me! Also, did insanity pure cardio on my lunch break. I was very glad that I could do all the moves because I learned them from Jillian!0

Non JMBR victory, but I have to share: I SUCCEEDED the Quebec province Bar Exam!! Only a 6 months internship away from being a lawyer!0

Had to take yesterday as my rest day, went to the restaurant with my mom to celebrate succeeding the bar exam! Just did workout 6 for the last time...I'm gonna miss the abs superset! Cardio 2 tomorrow and will be ready to start week 7 on Sunday!0

Just about to do cardio 2 which is going to end week 6. Feeling bad about cheating in Thursday, had fried calamari and spinach dip at the restaurant to celebrate succeeding the bar, I might loose some inches this week, but unfortunately there will be no weight loss.0 -
Week 6 results: no weight loss but a 3.25 inches loss. Total to far -6 lbs and - 18.75 inches!0

So just did workout 7 for the 1st time! Circuit 1 is a killer with all those push ups and plank moves. I love circuit 4 though and this down dog push up move.0 -
Did workout 8 for the 1st time this morning. Did not like the warm up, but loved the workout. Circuit 3 is a killer but it will do my body some good!0

Workout 7 is done! Loved it! 1st circuit is still really challenging, but circuit 4 is a blast!0

Workout 8 is done! Warmup was better and I still like the workout! I even take heavier weights on most so the moves as I only have 3s and 8s.0

Week 7 is done! No results... The reason: did all the workouts but cheated on food like 3 days this week, and cheated badly! But still lost 3.5 lbs so far in phase 2 and 7.25 inches. Starting week 8 today!0

Did workout 7 yesterday and some of the moves were easier, even saw improvement in the crow push ups and the one leg front side side back cardio thing. Still loving the abs in cuicuit 4!0

Did workout 8 yesterday and dropped my 8 lbs weight on the floor...oupsss.... Still liking it and I find that warrior 3 pose is easier with the advance moving arms, not able to stay in place with it. Will do workout 7 again tonight and cardio tomorrow by running 4K in the morning. I'll be working late tomorrow so won't have time to workout in the evening or will be exhausted!0
