    For today and every day I will remember to be grateful for the many thoughtful things my true love does for me. I will not be impatient with him for telling me the same jokes, for trying to control the uncontrollable and for reminding me of things I do not need reminding.

    Oystereyes - I know what you mean about hearing the same stories and jokes over and over again. I have been married going on 41 years next month.

    So just for today I will smile when my hubby tells the same stories over and over with friends. Anyway, after 25 years of working in the same place he deserves it!!!
